Burns Road Karachi brings the bold, authentic flavours of Karachi’s most iconic food street to the GTA. Inspired by the smoky BBQ, rich spices, and late-night energy of Burns Road, we opened our Ajax location in 2025 to share the real taste of home. Your support has been incredible, and we’re grateful to serve you 100 percent halal Pakistani street food, made with passion and tradition.

Burns Road, located in the heart of Karachi, is one of the oldest and most iconic food streets in Pakistan. The BBQ here is a legendary representation of Karachi’s vibrant street food culture.

Bold, spicy, smoky, and deeply aromatic that’s the hallmark of Burns Road BBQ. Meats are marinated in a unique blend of South Asian spices like red chili, cumin, coriander, garlic, and ginger, with a splash of lemon or vinegar for tang.
